About these terms

By using Playtime613, its website games and the Playtime613 app, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to read them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What Playtime613 is

Playtime613 makes fun, Yiddish-flavored games for children, fun first. Some games can be played on this website in a browser with no registration (Times Trial lets children type a name, which stays on their own device). Simcha Park on the website is a short taster. Every game is in the Playtime613 app for Windows PCs.

The Playtime613 app license

  • The app is sold as a yearly license: $49 a year. Prices in US dollars. A promo code, entered at checkout, can lower the price.
  • One license is for one Windows PC. Each child on that PC can have their own profile.
  • The license renews each year until you cancel. If you cancel, the app keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and then stops opening until you renew. See Cancellation.
  • Your license key arrives by email after you pay. The app checks the key online from time to time when the PC is connected to the internet.
  • Please don’t share your license key or copy the app to other computers.
  • Payments are handled by our online payment provider. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.

Cancellation

  • The Playtime613 app is a yearly license at $49 a year (less with a promo code). It renews automatically each year until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time: in the Stripe customer portal (the link is in your receipt email), or by emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops the next renewal; nothing more is charged.
  • After you cancel, the app keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for.
  • Nothing in this section affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

  • Pickle Boy is based on characters and stories created by Yaakov Bee. All Pickle Boy intellectual property belongs to its owner, and the game is used with his permission.
  • Herring Juice / Zaftig Herring Juice is inspired by The Shmodster audio series. It is a fan-made tribute and is not officially affiliated with the creators of The Shmodster.
  • The other games are original Playtime613 games.
  • The Playtime613 name, logo and site design are owned by Yossi Freundlich and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Permitted use

You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use, share links to playtime613.com and link to the games with credit.

You may not copy, sell or redistribute the games or their code, remove copyright notices or attribution, or use the games in a way that misrepresents where they come from.

No warranty

The games are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep everything running well, but we can’t promise the site or the games will always be available or never have a bug.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yossi Freundlich is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, its games or the app. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Children

Our games are designed for children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to look at the games before their children play. If anything concerns you, please tell us and we will take it seriously.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
